KAWS: FAMILY FAQ

KAWS: FAMILY opens on November 15. KAWS: FAMILY is a surcharged presentation that requires a timed ticket for all visitors. All tickets will be available for purchase online.

Members get free access and special viewing hours.

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, we require KAWS: FAMILY attendees to purchase a ticket online in advance.

There is a $10 surcharge ($12 on weekends and holidays) for this special exhibition. Members and visitors 18 and younger can attend for free. All visitors must have a museum ticket and a timed ticket to attend KAWS: FAMILY.

The exhibition has limited capacity. To ensure as many people as possible can safely experience it, timed tickets are required.

Timed tickets provide a 30-minute entry window. Ticket holders must check in within that timeframe. If you miss your entry window, please speak with staff at our Ticketing or Membership Desk to reschedule.

Yes, all members must book a timed ticket for entry. Members can book tickets online; please make sure you are logged into your account.

A limited number of same-day tickets may be available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask about availability at the Floor 2 Ticketing Desk on the day of your visit.

Tickets are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be resold.

Re-entry to KAWS: FAMILY will not be allowed to ensure that as many people as possible can experience the exhibition.

However, your tickets are valid all day to visit the rest of the museum before or after your timed entry to KAWS: FAMILY.
